Product introduction

Material Description

  1. Frame: Apply 30×38 mm, 1.5 mm aluminum alloy plates. Construct surface by electrostatic epoxy powder coating and assemble high-strength nylon accessories for curing at high temperature. Featured as anti-rust, acid and alkali resistance, anti-corrosive and strong bearing characteristics.


  2. Body: Apply high quality environment-friendly E1 Grade 15 mm MDF boards with melamine fire-proof plywood stuck to both sides. Apply high pressure steam paste technology with hot melt adhesive, crease proof, non-shedding, edge banding of PVC boards with hot melt adhesive.


  3. Door: Wooden vertical hinged doors made of quality environment-friendly E1 Grade 15mm MDF boards with melamine fire-proof plywood stuck to both sides. Apply high pressure steam paste technology with hot melt adhesive, crease proof, non-shedding, edge banding of PVC boards with hot melt adhesive.


  4. Glass vertical hinged door with wooden frame: Apply 4 mm transparent glass of National Standard with wooden frame made of quality environment-friendly E1 grade 15 mm MDF boards with melamine fire-proof plywood stuck to both sides. All edge banding of PVC boards with hot melt adhesive. Specially molded hidden PVC handles.


  5. Hinge: Use laboratory exclusive high-strength nylon hinges with acid and alkali resistance, anti-corrosive and strong bearing capacity above 75 kg, anti-rust, etc. characteristics. Can use over 50,000 times without damages, noiseless, not easy to rebound or break.


  6. Bottom Margin: Combined stainless steel with nylon, acid, alkali, corrosion resistant skid-proof, shock absorbing and strong bearing etc., adjustable height 30 mm-50 mm, dust cover provided.


  7. Screw: Nylon and stainless steel, strong, high-quality and durable with elegant appearance.
