Product introduction

1.       Steel Side Bench

With features of good bearing ability, anti-deformation, durability, easiness to manage and long service life due to its overall steel structure, the steel lab benches are well received by customers from hospitals, research institutes and corporations with slightly higher price. Normally they are your top choice with adequate funds.

 

2.       Steel and Wooden Side Bench

With features of good bearing ability, anti-deformation, long service life and cost-effectiveness due to its main steel structure, the steel and wooden lab benches are also favorite choices of customers from hospitals, research institutes, corporations, universities, third party inspection agencies, etc. Normally they are your preferable choice if you do not have sufficient fund.

 

 3.       PP (see note 1 above) Side Bench

Due to its special material and expensive cost, the PP lab benches are normally applied in special strong acid and alkali corrosion working environment and other working environment with special requirements. This material is currently not frequently used.


4.       Aluminum Wooden Side Bench

The aluminum wooden lab benches are normally used by primary and middle schools with the features of low frequent usage, low cost, slightly poor structure stability and short life service. They are not suitable for the sites with high frequency usage like hospitals, corporations, research institutes, etc.

 

5.       Wooden Side Bench

The wooden lab benches which are made of wooden structure are basically replaced from the market nowadays due to its disadvantage of poor bearing ability, vulnerability to damp weather and to deformation, short life service.





Material Description

 

1.       Physiochemical Board with Solid Core: 12.7mm-thick edges can be thickened to 25mm, rounded and polished, conforming to the Ergonomics Design. It is resistant to acid & alkali, corrosion and impact, with high tenacity, etc.


2.       Trespa Board: 13mm-thick, with strong acid-base and corrosion resistance.


3.       Chemsurf Surface: thickness of 0.9mm, 25mm-thick AAA dieplate are used as the base material of lab bench surface. 


4.       Epoxy Resin Board: 20 mm-thick, pressed and moulded with epoxy resin, quartz sand, curing agent and pigment. It features high temperature resistance, 24-hour super-strong corrosion resistance, absolute damp-proof ability and repairability. The more extreme the experimental conditions are, the better it will perform.


5.       Ceramic Board Surface: 20 mm-thick, with strong acid & alkali and corrosion resistance. 


6.       Natural Marble: 20 mm-thick, with strong acid & alkali and corrosion 

resistance. 


7.       Quartz Stone for Lab: 20 mm-thick, with strong acid & alkali and corrosion resistance
