Product introduction

  1. Steel Frame Structure

  It adopts ≤2.0mm thickness high-quality steel square hollow section as base material. The surface of this bench is smooth and bright with no obvious painting block and has strong acid and alkali resistant performance through phosphating, pickling, epoxy powder baking varnish treatment and chemical anti-rust treatment process.


  2. Bench Surface

  It adopts 20mm-thick black marble as the bench surface material to achieve the features of high temperature resistant, corrosion resistant and easiness of cleaning, etc.


  3. Drawers and Door Panels

  It adopts ≤1.0mm-thick high-quality cold-rolled steel plate as the base material through phosphating, pickling, epoxy powder baking varnish treatment and chemical anti-rust treatment process. The colors of the door panels are optional. The Drawer is equipped with original Italian adjustable anti-resistance door hinge brand to prevent and reduce collision.


  4. Back Plate, Side Plate and Bottom Plate

  It adopts ≤1.0mm-thick high-quality cold-rolled steel plate as the base material through phosphating, pickling, epoxy powder baking varnish treatment and chemical anti-rust treatment process. It also adopts the movable structure with embedded nut for easy disassembling and assembling and is convenient for the maintenance of water, electricity and gas pipelines.


  5. Travel Track

  It adopts international high-quality nickel-plated bottom support resistance and automatic homing type heavy-duty silent guide rail to achieve the features of convenience and flexibility.


  6. Adjustable Combination Footings

  It is featured as anti-slip, shock absorption, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance and strong bearing capacity and is more suitable for usage in lab environment.


Material Description

  1. Solid Physiochemical Board: thickness of 12.7 mm, can be

  thickened to 25 mm and sealed with ground edging to fit ergonomics design with the features of acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, high tenacity, etc.


  2. Trespa Board: thickness of 13mm, strong acid and alkali resistant,

  corrosion resistant.


  3. Chemsurf Surface (Wilsonart Corrosion Resistant Physiochemical

  Board): thickness of 0.9 mm, 25 mm thickness AAA grade molding boards are used as the base material of bench surface.


  4. Epoxy Resin Board: thickness of 20 mm, this board is pressing molded in


  one time with epoxy resin board, quartz sand, curing agent and pigment. It is featured as high temperature resistance, 24-hour super-strong corrosion resistant, absolute damp-proof and repairable. The more extreme experimental conditions there is, the more outstanding it performs.


  5. Ceramic Board Surface: thickness of 20 mm, strong acid and alkali

  resistant, strong corrosion resistant.
