Product introduction

  1. Outline Dimension: L*W*H: 900mm*600mm*800/850mm (or customized).


  2. Table Surface: Made of 18mm-thick premium marble. The double thickness of edges stabilizes the table.


  3. Cabinet Body: (with options of steel table, steel wooden table, and aluminum wooden table).


  1) The main frame made of high-quality rectangular steel tubes (60*40*1.5 mm) is welded by carbon dioxide into a C-channel steel bracket. The connecting support beam made of the same material is treated with oil-removing, acid pickling and parkerising for rust prevention, and is coated with electrostatics powder to spray on the epoxy-protective layers (passing the Falling Weight Impact Test) for acid & alkali and corrosion resistance. The frame can hold up to more than 500 kg when it is still.


  2) Side Surface and Door Blank: Made of 18 mm-thick domestic environment-friendly MDF. The surface is pressed with 1.0mm-thick homemade pearl fireproof boards. All fracture surfaces are sealed with 2.0 mm-thick PVC for water proof. The edges are made into round inverted corners, beautiful and flat.


  4. Accessories


  1) Hinge: Made of domestic chromed steel hinge with a full opening angle of from 90° to 175°. The cabinet door will close by itself when the horizontal angle against cabinet surface is smaller than 15°. It is elastic, elegant and quiet, and can be opened and closed freely for more than 50,000 times.


  2) Handle: Made of stainless steel handle or PVC linear hidden handle.


  5. Functional Requirements: Lab balance table--Level 3 (Level 1/10,000) shock absorption design for table body, granite part, and the part between granite and experimental instrument; The shock absorption level is 1/100000. It can resist vibration for no less than three times, with an impact force no more than 4 KN and an amplitude no more than 0.2 mm.

Material Description

  1. Physiochemical Board with Solid Core: 12.7 mm-thick edges can be thickened to 25mm, rounded and polished, conforming to the ergonomics design. It is resistant to acid & alkali, corrosion and impact, with high tenacity, etc.


  2. Trespa Board: 13mm-thick, with strong acid-base and corrosion resistance.


  3. Chemsurf Surface: thickness of 0.9 mm, 25 mm-thick AAA dieplate are used as the base material of lab table surface.


  4. Epoxy Resin Board: 20mm-thick, pressed and moulded with epoxy resin, quartz sand, curing agent and pigment. It features high temperature resistance, 24-hour super-strong corrosion resistance, absolute damp-proof ability and repairability. The more extreme the experimental conditions are, the better it will perform.


  5. Ceramic Board Surface: 20mm-thick, with strong acid & alkali and corrosion resistance.


  6. Natural Marble: 20mm-thick, with strong acid & alkali and corrosion resistance.
