Product introduction

  1. Dimension: 1200/1500/1800*800*2350mm


  2. Upper Hood: It adopts 1.0mm thick cold rolled steel plate under bending and pressing process. The surface will go through rust-proof treatment by oil removal, pickling and phosphating, and then acid and alkali resistance treatment by spraying protective electrostatic epoxy powder layer which passes the falling object impact test. It adopts 5mm thick compact laminate boards for internal lining and airflow deflector with internal three-stage ventilation design structure to eliminate ventilation blind angles and to ensure effective emissions of gases of different densities. The control panel is located on the side panel of the outer column for easy observation and operation.


  3. Bench Surface: It adopts imported ceramic board, imported epoxy resin board, trespa board and solid physio-chemical boar for acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance. The edge of the board can be thickened to 26mm to prevent fluid spill.


  4. Visible Window: It adopts ≥5mm thick explosion-proof tempered glass to move smoothly and stop at any position of the travel track. The main visible window glass can be slid freely in left and right directions for users’ convenience.


  5. Socket: Dust and splash proof with automatic closing function cover

  Dimension: 60×60mm, 10A/16A /220V multiple function socket which suits any instruments and equipment in the lab


  6. Lighting: It adopts replaceable round energy-saving hole lamp hidden on the top plate and doesn’t directly contact with the air in the fume hood with enough luminance that fully meets the experimental requirements.


  7. Lower Hood: The lower hood is an integral composite structure which adopts 1.0mm thick cold rolled steel plate under bending process with epoxy resin powder coating on the surface. The built-in pickpockets are made of aluminum alloy with epoxy resin powder coating on the surface. The hinge is made of 316L stainless steel with the 145° opening angle. The adjustable combination footings are made of stainless steel screw, nylon cover and rubber material and are featured as shock absorption, slid, acid, alkali and corrosion resistance, and strong bearing capacity, etc.
