1. Bench Surface: Choose one from solid physiochemical board (commonly
used), physiochemical laminated board, trespa board and epoxy resin board
subject to make a countertop as required.
2. Main Cabinet: The main frame made of high-quality rectangular steel
tubes (60*40*1.5mm) is welded by carbon dioxide into a C-shaped steel support.
Cabinet surface is made of 18mm domestic environment-friendly MDF. The body is
made of premium and environment-friendly 16mm melamine board.
3. Hinge: Made of domestic chromed steel hinge with a full opening angle of
from 90° to 175°. The cabinet door will close by itself when the horizontal
angle against cabinet surface is smaller than 15°. It is elastic, elegant with
no noise during use, and can be opened and closed freely for more than 50,000
times.
4. Slide Rail: Three-section homemade mute bearing slide rail, coated with
black epoxy electrostatic powder to be corrosion resistant, flexible. It has
strong bearing capacity. All drawers can be pulled out for easy access to
items.
5. Handle: Stainless steel handle or PVC linear hidden handle with
corrosion resistant surface. It’s hard to distinguish it from the panel and is
more user-friendly.
Adjustable Foot: Integrated structure made by professional mould; with
adjustable stainless steel screws (M12*50 mm); the outer cover is made by
injection mold once, with rubber die backer inside.
