Food Testing Lab

Food testing laboratory, as its name implies, is a laboratory for testing food-related testing items. According to the design and construction requirements of laboratory buildings, food testing laboratories are divided into general laboratories and special laboratories. Special laboratories generally include: food sensory testing laboratory, food microbiological testing laboratory, food molecular biology testing laboratory, food toxicology laboratory, etc.

1. In order to avoid frequent running of the experimenters, the pretreatment room should be on the same floor as the instrument room.

2. Maximize the single floor area as far as possible to avoid excessive floors. Washing rooms and sample rooms should be set up on each floor to make full use of the space.

3. For precision instrument room and aseptic room, distribution room and uninterrupted power supply room, gas fire extinguishing device should be used to avoid damage to instrument and equipment or clean environment by automatic sprinkler device.

4. The biosafety room should reasonably distribute clean, semi-clean and polluted areas to avoid cross-contamination.
