Stem Cell Lab

干细胞（stem cell）是一类具有自我复制能力（self-renewing）的多潜能细胞。在一定条件下，它可以分化成多种功能细胞。目前主要应用于医疗、美容行业。培养环境无毒和无菌室保证培养细胞生存是建设干细胞实验室的首要条件。按照现行国内GMP标准，细胞培养的环境，核心功能区的洁净等级应整体达到C级，局部达到百级。

1、从保温角度考虑实验室的围护及吊顶结构采用厚度为50mm的净化实验室专用聚苯乙烯夹心复合彩钢板（优点：机械强度高，隔热、隔音、防潮性能好、平整光滑、耐腐蚀、易清洁、安装方便）。

2、万级无菌实验室采用风冷直接膨胀式净化专用风管型空调机组，满足实验室夏季、冬季冷热负荷，保持实验室恒温恒湿。

3、实验室消毒采用紫外线灯照射消毒。

4、验室新风管上均安装电动密闭阀以防止关机时空气回流。并能封闭消毒。
