1. The structure of the ventilation cabinet is upper and lower.
2. The upper cabinet has a guide plate, circuit control touch switch, power outlet, etc. The perspective window is made of toughened glass, which can move left or right or up and down. Users can operate it.
3. Lower cabinet adopts the style of laboratory operating table, which is used to operate various experiments above the working table and equipped with water faucets according to needs; the appearance of the lower part of the operating table is cabinet body; the inside of the cabinet is equipped with water faucet sewer pipe, which is also used for storing experimental supplies;
4. Transparent doors (mostly glass) which can be moved up and down in the middle of the front are usually opened at a height of 100-600 mm. The working face behind the door for the experiment is connected with water pipes, sewers, power supplies, vacuum pumps, gas pipelines and other experimental needs, with lamp lighting with protective cover.
5. After the air is pumped out by the exhaust fan in front of and above the cabinet, it can be piped to other places (called full ventilation), or it can be filtered and recycled (become ductless ventilation).
6. The ventilator is of constant size, 1200MM long, 1500MM long and 1800MM wide, 850MM high and 2350MM high. It can be used by 1-3 people at the same time. The ventilation cabinet is usually installed by the wall.
7. When using, people stand or sit in front of the cabinet, keep the glass door as low as possible, and put their hands under the door into the cabinet for experiment. As the exhaust fan pumps in through the open door, harmful gases will not overflow in a large amount under normal conditions.
