1.Cabinet Material: The cabinet adopts double-layer structure with enough 
reserved space between the internal lining panel and the external steel shell 
for the connection, installation and maintenance of water, electricity and gas 
wiring as well as those of fume hood pulley and counterweight system. The 
external steel shell adopts 1.2 mm thickness molded plate and the cabinet 
surface is featured as acid, alkali, other chemicals, damp, high-temperature and 
wear resistant through electrostatic spraying treatment with epoxy resin 
powder.
  2. Coating Thickness: All the surface of steel panel for lab work bench 
features strong corrosion resistant with the thickness no less than 50μM(±5%) 
through even epoxy resin powder electrostatic spraying treatment.
  3. Hood Door Panel: All the surface of the hood adopts 1.0 mm thickness 
molded cold rolled plate and features acid, alkali, other chemicals, damp, 
high-temperature and wear resistant through epoxy resin powder electrostatic 
spraying treatment. All the hood door panels adopt double-layer soundproof 
design.
  4. Airflow Deflector: It adopts 6mm thickness gray compact laminate boards 
with three-stage structure to prevent turbulence in the hood as well as to 
ensure its good control performance of toxic and harmful substances and to 
effectively discharge gases of different gravity.
  5. Gas-collecting Hood: It adopts conical shrinking air structure with 
rectangular opening at the bottom entrance and has the functions of good gas 
gathering and noise reduction, etc.
  6. Adjusting Door: It adopts 6mm thickness safety glass with balanced 
combination. The lower part of the window door is equipped with a sliding door 
handle to help the air to flow smoothly and to reduce possible turbulence. The 
window adopts an advanced counterweight system which enables the sliding door 
easy to pull, stop, lift and lower at any position. The balance part is designed 
as endless structure. The operation glass is equipped with push and pull 
function in both directions and open from the upper and down to achieve flexible 
operation procedures and special safety experiments completion.
  7. Internal Lining Panel: It adopts 6mm thickness gray compact laminate 
boards with optional disassembled and replaceable door panel on both sides to 
facilitate the installation and maintenance of water, electricity, gas and other 
pipelines without necessarily disassembling the main structure of the fume 
hood.
  8. Steel Cable and Pulley Block: Each steel cable adopts 150kg bearing 
capacity without breaking to ensure light, stable and long-term safety usage of 
sliding door panel. The pulley block adopts multiple pulleys combination design 
with the material of nylon and metal support.
  9. Counterweight: It is equipped with silent track to limit and to avoid 
shaking and collision during its up-down movement.
  10. Footing: It adopts high-strength ABS adjustable feet combined with 
stainless steel screw, nylon cover, rubber base and have the functions of 
corrosion, vibration resistant and balance adjustment; Adjustment height range: 
0~30mm.
